We take safety seriously. Every employee is required to be trained on OSHA 10 minimum and will be incentivized to complete higher safety education and electrical trade credentials. Since starting with ESS I have been encouraged to pursue my Masters electrical license along with additional electrical safety training. I currently have my masters in 3 states and am currently expanding licenses around the country in order to be the go to for any project, anywhere. I am also a NFPA certified electrical safety worker.
